Verve Strength & Conditioning Sessions include speed and agility training, stickwork, and conditioning designed for the Lacrosse player. The speed and agility part of the session will work with athletes on quick feet, ability to change direction, running mechanics, eye-hand coordination and balance. The strength conditioning portion of the session will focus on explosiveness, power and flexibility that translates to on-field movement. These sessions will give Verve players an extra opportunity to further their game outside of practice.
All Strength & Conditioning Sessions are included in Verve Travel Team and Practice Only registrations.
