Travel Team Program

Our High School Travel Program is for girls who are aspiring varsity high school or current varsity athletes. Our coaching staff is comprised of division I & III collegiate athletes who have played at the highest level. Verve is a highly competitive lacrosse club for the dedicated player. When an athlete accepts a team placement with Verve Lacrosse, they are committing to a full year membership and are committing to attend 90% of the practices and 100% of the tournaments.

PLAYER EXPECTATIONS

• Players are expected to attend 90% of practices

• Players are expected to attend all assigned tournaments

• Players are not permitted to play for other lacrosse clubs

• Players should be committed to skill development outside of practice

2025/26 full year season includes:

 

Grad Year 2028-2025

• FALL/WINTER SEASON September - mid December​

  • 10-13 mandatory weekend practices on Sundays​ at Mitty High School​

  • 1x per week Skill Sessions 4-5:30pm John D Morgan Park (optional)​

  • 2-3 Tournaments (depending on team placement)

  • 4 Goalie specific training sessions

  • IWLCARecruits premium membership and training for HSMint only

  • 2x per week practices at Mitty High School

  • 2-3 Tournaments (depending on team placement)

  • 2 Goalie specific training sessions

  • IWLCARecruits premium membership and training for HSMint only

  • Practice-only option or an option to omit this season offered to 2026 seniors only
